Facility:
A single family house designed as a three-storey, non-basement building, with a flat roof. The body of the object is fragmented and partially adjacent to the neighboring building. Light roofs and numerous terraces give the building a modernist character.

Prizes:
The building won the first prize in the “Beautiful Wrocław” competition announced by the Mayor of Wrocław and the Society of Wrocław Lovers in the category of single-family residential building for the years 2003-2005.
