We design modern industrial buildings and undertake all actions related to obtaining all needed planning and building approvals/agreements. As a design office we offer:
- Pre-construction consulting: support while choosing a plot in respect of price analysis, evaluating prospects for plot development, soil conditions surveys, examining locations of sites and legal condition of plots from the point of view of the construction law and technical conditions, determining requirements as far as construction location and function plans are concerned, preparing use concepts and development strategy, land development plans;
- Talks with the commune (local authorities), preliminary talks, initiation of the planning permission granting procedure;
- Taking all steps necessary to obtain a planning permission;
- Support during talks with suppliers of utilities;
- Production of complete building designs, including discipline-specific designs (external networks, structure, mechanical systems, electrical wiring);
- Drawing up interdisciplinary working designs;
- Assistance in participation in tendering procedures and preparation of tender documentation regarding project implementation;
Support during negotiations with contractors and in drawing up contracts;
- Design and site supervision as required under the Polish law;
- Acceptance procedure coordination for performed works.
At all stages of project implementation we are able to work and produce all necessary documentation in three languages (Polish, German, English) to keep our clients informed about the progress of works.
